Brunches are the cornerstone of EasySundays. Although we do not exclude other types of activities and events, the brunches remain our core-business. In developing countries, where many of the projects we support are located, but also in the industrialised world, more and more importance is given to ensuring a more stable and fair food supply chain. Given the imporance of food for our activity, we believe we have a role to play not only in making our brunches more sustainable, but also in raising awareness.

We therefore aim to use:

• Seasonal and local produce
• Fair-trade coffee, tea and cocoa
• Organic products

EasySundays is a fund-raising activity. Therefore we have to manage our expenses in such a way as to generate profit for the causes we support. Any donation in kind is therefore greatly appreciated.
